- How does credit for rehab work?
- You visit a partner clinic and get a quote with the option to pay through ParaCrédito. The clinic reaches out to Parabank and walks you through the application, which is completed over the phone with our support team. Once the credit is approved, we pay the clinic directly and stay with you through the end of your treatment.
- Do I need a doctor's note or prescription?
- Usually the partner clinic already provides the quote with the recommended treatment or equipment. Documents such as a doctor's note or prescription may be requested during the review, depending on the case.
- Does the credit work with any clinic?
- Direct payment applies to clinics in our network. If your clinic isn't in the network yet, talk to our support team and we'll look into adding it.
- How does the Visa Card work?
- You add funds to your investment account, and that amount becomes your Visa Card limit. While you use the card for purchases, your money keeps earning returns. You control the limit: deposit more, and the limit increases. There's no traditional credit check: your deposit is the collateral.
